Reviews and Feedback

​Reviews are the lifeblood of new products on Amazon. You see significant jumps in sales when review milestones are met. It’s important to get off on the right foot…and quickly.

There are two types of reviews:
​
1. Amazon Verified Purchases
  • Reviews that come from, well, verified Amazon purchases from an Amazon account that has purchased the product

2. Regular Amazon Reviews
  • Anyone can leave these reviews - purchased the product through Amazon or not

It is commonly believed that verified purchases carry 5-10x the weight of regular reviews for Amazon product - and they don't get taken down like some regular reviews.

How to Get Reviews?

​Amazon has recently cracked down on the ways Amazon sellers get reviews. Gone are the days of discounted products, giveaways, and/or third party sites dedicated to giving out reviews. We work within Amazon’s guidelines to help find the right strategy for you. Amazon offers several programs and opportunities but there also other ways to drive reviews.

Feedback

​Customer feedback is different from product reviews. Feedback is generally for the store/shopping experience. It is here that your brand reputation is made. We help manage feedback that comes through to ensure it’s accurate and we help delete negative feedback due to customers violating Amazon guidelines.
